Week 3: Why ROOST?

I want to give you a couple of highlights this week about why Chris and all of us agents at ROOST Real Estate Co. are so passionate about the real estate business and about our company.

Chris describes ROOST as the real estate company he always wanted to work for. He was worked at both ends of the real estate company spectrum. He was a franchisee for an international real estate behemoth (you know the one, it starts with an ‘R” and ends with ‘MAX’) and he worked for several years with a successful ‘Mom and Pop’ firm in Ohio.

Neither situation fit his vision of what a real estate company could be.

ROOST is about building and maintaining relationships, continuously adding value, and earning the referrals that give us the opportunity to do it all over again with new clients.

As a real estate professional you know there is nothing more gratifying than helping people make the big moves in their lives. Whether our clients are renting their first apartment, buying their first home, their second home, an investment property, or an empty-nest condominium we are there for them.

We want to be our client’s real estate brokerage for life.

ROOST is not for everyone, but for a select group of agents who want to be heroes to their clients, day in and day out, the job satisfaction and the potential income are unlimited.
