Money is very personal for people. Some people are hesitant to talk about money because they think it is somehow bad manners. Some of us consider it a taboo topic because we are afraid someone else might feel bad about the discussion.
As an entrepreneurial freedom, the freedom of money is no more important than the freedoms of purpose, relationship, or time. But let’s be real, it’s a pretty important freedom because money makes almost everything else we want to do in our lives possible.
So what about the freedom of money for the real estate professional? We all know the real estate industry offers unlimited income potential. But let’s be honest – if you lack the resources to claim your share of that income, real estate pays pretty poorly.
Real estate is an 80/20 business where 20% of the Realtors make 80% of the money. We want you to be in the top 20%.
The freedom of money for the real estate professional means there should never be a ceiling on how much of it you can make. You deserve to be rewarded for doing a great job for your clients. You should be compensated for the superior value you bring to the market.
